Hospital Helpdesk

JD - Attend inbound patient calls and provide accurate information regarding appointments, consultations, hospital services, and doctor availability.

Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.

Coordinate with doctors and consultants to ensure smooth OPD scheduling and minimize patient waiting time.

Welcome and assist patients and their attendants with registration and appointment-related queries.

Coordinate with internal departments (Reception, Billing, Nursing, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, etc.) for seamless patient flow.

Ensure doctors' consultation schedules are followed and assist in managing any changes or delays.

Guide patients regarding consultation procedures, required documents, and hospital protocols.

Maintain accurate patient appointment records and update the Hospital Management System (HMS) as required.

Follow up with patients for appointment confirmations, rescheduling, or feedback.

Address patient concerns professionally and escalate grievances to the concerned department whenever necessary.

Build a positive patient experience by providing courteous, empathetic, and timely assistance.

Coordinate with the medical team to facilitate priority cases and emergency appointments when required.

Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.

Support hospital events, health camps, and awareness programs whenever required.

Prepare daily appointment reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
