Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice processes with a leading multinational company in Chandigarh and Mohali. We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice.
Provide technical assistance and customer support.
Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Respond to customer queries through calls, email, and chat.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.
Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong English communication skills are required.
Willingness to work in US shift/night shift schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual CTC: ₹2.42 LPA – ₹3.24 LPA (based on skills and interview performance).
