Position: CRE / Sr. CRE
Channel – Motor Vertical / Business Support – Renewal & Retention (Corporate Office)
Brief Note:
Coordinating with Business Partners and retaining the business in motor vertical in assigned state / Region / Territory - (PAN INDIA).
Regular follow up with Business Partners / Agents for renewal and business Retention.
Increasing the Business partner count from the shared data bank.
Should have worked in motor insurance Renewal process, Quote preparation, Policy issuance. (Private Cars, Two Wheelers, GCV, LCV, SCV, MCV, HCV, etc.,)
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Handle Business Partners inquiries, resolve complaints, and educate clients on Motor policies and benefits.
Ø Client Relationship Management: This involves regular communication with our Existing and New clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Ø Understanding client needs: Assessing and identifying client needs to tailor product offerings and provide personalized solutions.
Ø Responding to inquiries: Promptly addressing business partners inquiries and requests, providing clear and concise information.
Ø Resolving complaints: Resolving business partners, complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Business Retention and Consistency:
Ø Backend Support to Managers: Identifying opportunities and coordinating with sales manager for revenue increase
Ø Developing retention strategies: Implementing strategies to retain existing clients and build partners and service loyalty.
Ø Understanding market trends: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Technical Skills:
Ø Working knowledge in Ms Excel and Ms Word

Hindi speaking
