Job Description

Hindi Telecaller का काम फोन कॉल के माध्यम से ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना, कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट या सर्विस की जानकारी देना और ग्राहकों की समस्याओं का समाधान करना होता है।

🔹 Key Responsibilities

संभावित और मौजूदा ग्राहकों को आउटबाउंड / इनबाउंड कॉल करना।
कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट या सर्विस के बारे में जानकारी देना।
ग्राहकों के सवालों का जवाब देना और समस्याएँ हल करना।
ग्राहकों को खरीदने या सर्विस लेने के लिए प्रेरित करना।
कॉल और ग्राहक की जानकारी CRM या सिस्टम में अपडेट करना।
ग्राहकों के साथ फॉलो-अप कॉल करना।

🔹 Required Skills

अच्छी हिंदी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल
बेसिक कंप्यूटर नॉलेज
कस्टमर हैंडलिंग और कन्विंसिंग स्किल
टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता

न्यूनतम 12th Pass / Graduate
Telecalling या Customer Support में अनुभव होना फायदेमंद (Freshers भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं)
