Job Description

We want to URGENTLY recruit "Technical Help Desk Engineers" for attending customer complaints on phone and recording the incidence in world class CRM of salesforce(dot)com.
We will train you and you will learn MNC process and systems of customer service excellence.
Products range : Switchgear range, LV panels, breakers, contractors, bus-trunking, capacitors etc. of a French Multinational Company.
Qualification : B.Tech or Diploma ( Electrical ) or B.VOC (Power Distribution Management)
Experience : Freshers or 1 to 2 years
Location : West Delhi
Skills : Good Verbal and written communication, Microsoft Excel knowledge
