Job Title: Health Manager – In-House Tele Consultation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand for freshers; for experienced candidates, salary will depend on interview

Job Summary

The Health Manager – In-House Tele Consultation at Dr. Path Care will be responsible for consulting customers via phone calls, guiding them about diagnostic tests, health packages, reports, and follow-ups. The role focuses on providing excellent patient support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to consult patients

Explain diagnostic tests, health packages, and procedures clearly

Guide patients on sample collection, preparation, and report timelines

Follow up with patients regarding reports and next steps

Coordinate with lab, technical, and medical teams for patient queries

Address patient concerns and complaints professionally

Maintain accurate consultation records and call logs

Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field

Certification in healthcare or teleconsultation is a plus but not mandatory

Experience

Freshers: Eligible (Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand)

Experienced candidates: Salary depends on interview

Previous experience in healthcare consultation, diagnostics, or customer service is preferred

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

Strong counseling, listening, and customer-handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM tools)

Ability to work in an office-based, call-centric environment

Work Environment

In-house, office-based role at D-15, 4th Floor, Noida Sector-6

Focused on tele-consultation and patient interaction
