Client Business Study, Blue Print Preparation

- Prepare SRS Document and Take Confirmation from client.

- Raise New Feature development tickets in system for new customization which is required to client

- Prepare New feature document and take approval from authorized person and attach it to above generated ticket. It should have timeline

- Take a progress from production team and after completion review and deliver it to client.

- To fulfil all business activity in ERP, guide to client and provide support whenever necessary.

- To Provide new feature training to Implementation/Support/ Sales/Marketing team

- To Keep entire ERP Documentation up-to-date

- To do client Visit and Share new features and developments with Clients.

- To do reporting to respective reporting authority on daily basis

- To do communication with client over email for all raised operational/accounting ERP related issue
