Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE to join our team at The Lofts At Central Point. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

• Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications

• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status

• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare invoices

• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

• Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
