We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team for the FK-FRM (Fraud and Risk Management) Semi-Voice Process. This role involves handling customer interactions, providing exceptional support, and addressing queries and concerns related to fraud and risk management operations. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

Basic problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Candidates must be open to a 6-day working week during rotational day shifts
