Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Promoters

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area

  • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets

  • Monitor daily sales activities, route plans, and beat coverage

  • Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts

  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques

  • Analyze sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports

  • Handle market feedback, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence

  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies

  • Support product launches and promotional activities
