We are looking for a Field verifier to join our team Sai Services. This role involves in providing required data to the bank from the customers who has applied for any kind of application to the bank. The role offers In Hand Salary and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Visits:
Visit the customer’s residential, business, or employment address to confirm provided information.
Conduct spot checks and collect geo-tagged photographs.
Customer Interaction:
Meet customers in person to verify their identity and clarify any discrepancies.
Data Collection & Reporting:
Accurately record customer information, feedback, and verification outcomes.
Submit detailed field verification reports with photos, timestamps, and GPS location.
Fraud Detection:
Identify potential red flags and fraudulent activities during the verification process.
Report suspicious activities promptly to the bank’s risk management team.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
Handle customer data with strict confidentiality and integrity.
Coordination:
Liaise with back end team for seamless processing.
Follow up with customers to collect pending information if needed.
Timely Execution:
Complete assigned verification within stipulated timelines to avoid processing delays.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass out and Freshers are welcomed. Candidates must be open to a 6 Working Days a week during the Day shift.
