Job Opening: Field Executive – Health Insurance Claims & Verification
We are currently hiring for a Field Executive role specializing in health insurance claims, patient verification, and hospital coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Visits: Regularly visit hospitals and medical facilities to conduct field verification.
Patient Interviews: Interact directly with patients to gather necessary details regarding their medical cases and claims.
Medical Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for coordinating with doctors, hospital administration, and staff to facilitate smooth health insurance claim processing.
Documentation & Reporting: Ensure timely reporting and digital documentation of all field visits and claim details.
Requirements & Prerequisites:
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in health insurance claims, TPA, or field investigation/coordination.
Transportation (Mandatory): Valid Driving License and a two-wheeler (bike) are prerequisites for this field role.
Tech Skills: Computer literate and mobile-savvy (comfortable using apps, emails, and reporting portals on smartphones/laptops).
Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with hospital staff and patients.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
