Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to conduct property site inspections for valuation assignments. The role involves physical verification of properties, taking accurate measurements, capturing site photographs, collecting technical details, and coordinating with the valuation team for timely report preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct physical site visits for residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties.Take accurate measurements of built-up area, carpet area, plinth area, and plot dimensions.Prepare rough site sketches and layout drawings where required.Capture clear geo-tagged photographs of property, surroundings, and access roads.Verify construction stage, quality of materials, age of building, and structural condition.Collect property details such as location, approach road width, neighborhood development, amenities, etc.Coordinate with owners, bank officials, and society representatives during inspections.Upload site data, photos, and measurements to the office system within stipulated time.Ensure accuracy and compliance with bank and valuation guidelines.Maintain proper site visit records and documentation.Support the valuation team with technical inputs for report preparation.
