Job Overview

Starlink Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecom Field Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment at project sites.

Candidates should have relevant technical knowledge of microwave transmission systems and BTS/RAN equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain microwave transmission and telecom equipment.

• Support BTS/RAN equipment installation and commissioning.

• Perform antenna alignment, link testing, and basic troubleshooting.

• Assist with equipment testing and site acceptance activities.

• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the project team.

• Maintain site reports and technical records.

• Follow site safety procedures and technical guidelines.

• Travel to assigned project sites as required.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of microwave transmission and BTS/RAN equipment.

• Basic understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G technologies.

• Knowledge of telecom installation and troubleshooting.

• Basic understanding of IP networking and fibre connectivity.

• Ability to prepare reports and coordinate with technical teams.

• Willingness to work at field locations.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant telecom field experience.

• Practical experience in microwave links or BTS/RAN installation.

• Experience with telecom equipment from vendors such as Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, or ZTE is an advantage.
