We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team at Shubh Enterprises to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Software & IT Services. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹19000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal placement for cameras and equipment to cover security needs effectively.
Install various components, including cameras, monitors, DVRs/NVRs, and networking equipment.
Route and install coaxial, fibre, and copper cables, often working in difficult environments like roofs and under floors.
Configure analog and IP CCTV systems, including connecting and programming equipment to meet client specifications.
Perform regular checks and maintenance to ensure systems are functioning optimally and efficiently.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with both hardware and software components of the CCTV system.
Conduct repairs on faulty equipment and perform necessary upgrades to software and hardware.
Provide technical support and training to clients on how to operate and maintain the CCTV system.
Keep detailed records and logs of all installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and repairs for future reference.
Ensure installations and systems comply with relevant security standards and protocols.
Stay informed about new advancements and trends in video surveillance and security technology.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 6 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
