Install Wi-Fi router and internet connection at customer place

Do basic cable work (LAN wire fixing)

Check internet speed and working condition

Attend service calls and fix simple internet issues

Explain basic Wi-Fi usage to customers

Do outdoor / field work as assigned

Update work status to office/team
