Field Support Engineer

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer (ATM ) in and around Bangalore , Mangalore , Udupi to join our team Optimatm Services. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 01 to 2 years or Fresher training will be provided .You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working Days week .
