Job Description

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team at C And C Group to handle EPC site support and resolve queries related to solar. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation & commissioning (I&C) activities for solar projects.

Ensure correct metering connections and coordination with utility authorities.

Read, understand, and execute work as per electrical and layout drawings.

Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and manpower at site.

Monitor daily site progress and ensure completion within project timelines.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.

Handle site issues efficiently and take quick technical and operational decisions.

Maintain daily site reports, material tracking, and work completion records.

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of solar I&C, metering systems, and electrical drawings.

Hands-on experience in solar rooftop / ground-mounted projects.

Ability to manage vendors and workforce effectively.

Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
