Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise on-site manpower deployment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

• Coordinate daily field tasks and monitor performance to meet project requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for field staff and address on-ground operational challenges.

• Communicate effectively with team members in Hindi and Tamil to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain accurate records of deployment schedules and attendance.

• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve team productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in manpower management or supervisory roles.

• Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory for effective communication.

• Ability to handle field operations and manage a team of workers.

• Minimum qualification: Any education level.

• Experience range: 6 months to 4 years.

• Must be comfortable working in a 6-day work week (Day Shift: 09:00 - 18:00).

• This position is open to male candidates only.
