Job Description

Field Officer – Roles & Responsibilities

Visit client sites regularly to supervise deployed security guards and manpower.
Ensure all personnel report on time and perform their duties efficiently.
Manage shift rotations and arrange immediate replacements for absent staff.
Conduct site inspections and maintain discipline, attendance, and service quality.
Coordinate with clients to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate new business opportunities through field marketing and client visits.
Submit daily reports on site operations, manpower, and business leads.

Requirements

Must own a bike and possess a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in security, manpower, or field operations is preferred.
