Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field activities, including farmer mobilization, training sessions,demonstrations, and data collection.
Provide technical support to farmers on regenerative cotton practices under the guidance of the agronomy team.
Ensure timely and quality implementation of field protocols and project interventions.
Manage a team of field staff and enumerators assigned to the respective block or region.
Act as a key link between farmers, FPOs, local stakeholders, and the project team.
Regularly report field progress, challenges, and farmer feedback to the Operations Manager.
Support logistical arrangements for field visits, training programs, and distribution of inputs.
Conduct basic data checks and validations before submission to the data management team.
