Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with strong expertise in IT hardware installation, networking, and infrastructure setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site IT deployments, supervising technicians, and ensuring timely execution of projects in line with technical standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations related to IT hardware and network installations.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, cabling, and end-user systems.

• Ensure all network connections are functioning and optimized for performance.

• Manage a team of technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet deadlines.

• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to coordinate project deliverables.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and networking issues in real-time.

• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, maintenance logs, and configuration details.

• Ensure timely reporting of site progress to the project manager or senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking roles.

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, structured cabling, IP configuration, Wi-Fi setup, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

• Hands-on experience with hardware installation including desktops, servers, printers, and surveillance systems (CCTV).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.

• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

• CompTIA Network+

• Cisco CCNA

• Microsoft MCP/MCSE

• OSHA or site safety certifications

Work Conditions:

• Willingness to travel to various site locations.

• Ability to work flexible hours depending on project demands.

• Physically fit to lift and install equipment
