Field Supervisor

Urgently required Male candidate for the Field supervisor post.

A Field Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and control of manpower at the site to ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of work.

The key responsibilities include planning and allocating manpower as per daily work requirements, preparing duty rosters, and ensuring adequate staffing for each shift.

The Supervisor monitors employee attendance, punctuality, and discipline, and maintains daily attendance registers and deployment records.

The Supervisor ensures that workers follow company policies, safety norms, and client instructions.

He/she is responsible for briefing workers on job roles, work targets, and safety guidelines, and resolving day-to-day workforce issues such as absenteeism, disputes, or performance concerns.

Coordinating with the HR and management team for manpower shortages, replacements, leave approvals, and disciplinary actions is an essential part of the role.

Additionally, the Supervisor verifies work quality, productivity, and output, reports daily work status to management or the client, and ensures proper use of tools, uniforms, and safety equipment.

The Supervisor also assists in onboarding new workers, training them on site rules, and maintaining a healthy and disciplined work environment.
