Immediate Joiner Required

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to manage and oversee site manpower, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate manpower as per daily work requirements

• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for each shift

• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and discipline

• Maintain daily attendance and deployment records

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client instructions

• Brief workers on job roles, targets, and safety guidelines

• Handle day-to-day workforce issues such as absenteeism, disputes, and performance concerns

• Coordinate with HR and management for manpower requirements, replacements, leave approvals, and disciplinary actions

• Monitor work quality, productivity, and overall output

• Report daily work status to management/client

• Ensure proper use of tools, uniforms, and safety equipment

• Assist in onboarding and training new workers on site rules and procedures

• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role (preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Basic knowledge of safety standards and workforce management

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
