Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contract/outsourced workers.Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing.Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and contract terms.Maintain timesheets, reports, and manpower records.Liaise with manpower agencies for deployment, replacement, and issue resolution.Provide basic training, guidance, and address worker concerns on-site.
