Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references and market research.
Visit potential clients and understand their pest-control requirements.
Meet decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, Admin Managers and Business Owners.
Prepare and submit quotations/proposals to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads, quotations and pending opportunities.
Convert leads into new customers, AMC contracts and one-time services.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling pest-control services.
Coordinate with the operations team for site inspections and service requirements.
Maintain daily field-visit and sales activity reports.
Update lead and customer information regularly.
Ensure all customer payments are made only through official company channels.
Maintain professional conduct and follow company sales policies.
