Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented female Data Entry Operator to handle form filling, data entry, record management, and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information accurately while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Fill and submit forms accurately as per company guidelines.
Enter, verify, and update customer/business data in the system.
Review records for accuracy and correct any errors when required.
Contact customers/candidates for information verification and follow-ups.
Handle basic inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Maintain digital records and ensure proper documentation.
Follow company SOPs and maintain data confidentiality.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet usage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
Role Overview
Fast and accurate typing speed.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Experience in Data Entry, Back Office, or Telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).
