Customer Support Field Executive

Field Executive for below responsibility

1. Clinical Operations & Quality Control

• Conduct physical inspections of all clinics 1–2 times per week.

• Verify that all operating processes and medical protocols are being followed.

• Document facility damage or maintenance issues with photo evidence.

• Collect and record operational feedback from clinic staff and patients.
  

2. Donor Management & Personal Relations

• Manage the official trust donor database and pledge lists.

• Perform regular follow-up calls to donors regarding promised contributions.

• Maintain personal relationships with donors (e.g., sending birthday wishes and greetings).

• Inform donors about the progress of trust activities and how their funds are being utilized.
  

3. Activity Planning & Event Management

• Arrange and coordinate all trust activities, events, or special camps.

• Supervise all trust-related tasks to ensure they are completed on time.

• Ensure every activity is executed in a proper, organized, and professional manner.
  

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Create and maintain a centralized master sheet for all clinic activities.

• Submit daily updates to the trust leadership regarding clinic status.

• Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and financial collections in real-time.
  

5. Team Coordination & Accountability

• Review and follow up on reports submitted by other trust members.

• Ensure all tasks mentioned in internal reports are addressed and resolved.

• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving inter-departmental issues.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
