Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility analysis, and preliminary design layouts using solar design software.

• Coordinate with vendors, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track project progress, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

• Supervise on-site installation activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, site logs, and inspection records.

• Support in procurement of materials and coordination of logistics for timely delivery.

• Handle client communication for updates, site coordination, and issue resolution.

• Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and grid interconnections.

• Identify project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
