फ़ील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव (Field Executive) – जॉब डेस्क्रिप्शन (Hindi)

पद का नाम: फ़ील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव (Field Executive)

कार्य का संक्षिप्त विवरण:
फ़ील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव का मुख्य कार्य स्टोर और लोकल मार्केट से सामग्री (Material) की खोज एवं व्यवस्था करना, उन्हें पैक करना तथा आवश्यकता अनुसार विभिन्न साइटों पर बस या किसी अन्य परिवहन के माध्यम से भेजना है। इसके अलावा भेजी/प्राप्त की गई सामग्री का रिकॉर्ड, बिल DETAILS आदि का रख-रखाव करना भी शामिल है।
जरूरत पड़ने पर कभी-कभी जयपुर के बाहर की साइटों (Out of Jaipur site) पर भी जाना पड़ सकता है।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

सामग्री ढूँढना और व्यवस्थित करना
स्टोर से सामग्री सर्च करना।
लोकल मार्केट से सामग्री arrange/खरीदना।
पैकिंग और वितरण
सामग्री को सुरक्षित रूप से पैक करना।
आवश्यक साइटों तक बस / ट्रांसपोर्ट के जरिये भेजना।
रिकॉर्ड रख-रखाव
भेजे/प्राप्त किए गए सामग्री का रिकॉर्ड बनाना।
बिल्टी (Bilty) और other documents का विवरण maintain करना।
साइट विजिट (Field Visits)
आवश्यकता अनुसार out of Jaiour साइटों पर visit करना।

योग्यता और आवश्यकताएँ (Qualifications & Requirements):

शिक्षा: किसी भी मान्य बोर्ड/कॉलेज से 12वीं या Diploma/ITI को प्राथमिकता।
अनुभव: Logistic या material handling experience हो तो अच्छा है।
अनिवार्य:
Bike/Two-wheeler जरूरी (अपना वाहन)।
Valid Driving License (DL) अनिवार्य।

वेतन और भत्ते (Salary & Perks):

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 प्रति माह
Conveyance Allowance: ₹3 प्रति किमी (extra)
