We are seeking a reliable and proactive Purchase & Field Executive to handle purchasing tasks and field visits as per the owner’s instructions. The candidate will be responsible for procuring items, coordinating with suppliers, and traveling to various locations or districts to complete assigned tasks. Driving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase items and materials as directed by the owner or management.

• Visit various suppliers, shops, districts, or project sites as required.

• Ensure timely delivery and quality verification of purchased goods.

• Maintain purchase records, bills, and receipts systematically.

• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate for the best prices and terms.

• Manage travel schedules and ensure safe handling of purchased items.

• Operate and maintain the company vehicle responsibly during travel.

• Report daily work updates and expenses to the owner or reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Must hold a valid driving license (LMV).

• Good knowledge of local routes, markets, and nearby districts.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.

• Should be honest, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Willingness to travel frequently as per work requirements.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in purchasing, fieldwork, or logistics.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
