Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve customer issues
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks
Install and configure routers, switches, and network devices
Perform IP configuration and basic networking tasks
Handle device setup and maintenance
Support RF (Radio Frequency) related tasks when required

Requirements:

Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, and IP networking
Understanding of router and device configuration
Basic knowledge of RF is a plus
Willingness to work in a field job role
Good communication skills
