Conduct effective field investigations to verify insurance claims.
Visit hospitals and patient residences for document collection and verification.
Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
Carry organizational ID card/authority letter during all visits.
Collect and verify required documents as per the checklist and submit them to the Claim Manager.
Provide regular travel updates to the Allocation Team and Claim Manager.
Make additional visits if further documents are required.
