Field Executive

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Field Auditors to conduct revenue leakage audits at OYO partner properties. The auditor will be responsible for on-ground auditing, identifying revenue discrepancies, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and providing insights for revenue improvement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical audits at OYO partner properties as per the mandate and audit guidelines.

• Check and verify guest bookings, occupancy, walk-ins, and OTA entries against system data.

• Identify revenue leakages (e.g., underreported bookings, unaccounted check-ins).

• Review front desk registers, check-in/out logs, and payment records.

• Capture photographic evidence of discrepancies or violations.

• Submit audit reports with accuracy, clarity, and on-time delivery.

• Escalate major deviations and fraud cases to audit supervisors or the client.

• Educate property staff on OYO policies and encourage proper documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the audit process.

✅ Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)

• Experience: 0–2 years of field audit/sales operations/hospitality audits (Freshers can apply with training)

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and observational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Ability to travel extensively (bike preferred)

• Tools: Android smartphone with a good camera, Internet access
