We are hiring a Field Executive / Manager for our event management company specializing in professional photography & videography coverage for government events, VIP & VVIP gatherings, corporate functions, and high-profile occasions.
Responsibilities:
Manage on-ground execution of events smoothly and professionally
Coordinate with photography, videography, and production teams
Handle client communication during events
Ensure timely setup, scheduling, and team management
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and event protocols at high-profile government/VIP events
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage teams efficiently
Professional behavior and presentable personality
Prior experience in event management or field operations preferred
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
Preferred:
Experience handling government events, VIP/VVIP protocols, or large-scale events
Basic understanding of photography/videography event workflows
