Job responsibility :

Maid, cook, babysitter, caregiver aur other domestic staff ki field recruitment.

Candidates ka interview aur basic document verification.

Office se candidates aur clients ko call karke coordinate karna.

Candidates ko client location ya office tak pick-up/drop karna (jab zarurat ho).

Client ke ghar par site visit aur staff joining support.Daily field visits aur recruitment targets complete karna.

Candidate database aur daily activity report maintain karna.Company ke SOP aur discipline ko follow karna.

Requirements:

10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred).

Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory).

Smartphone aur Google Maps use karna aana chahiye.

Hindi, Odia aur basic English communication.

Honest, responsible aur field work ke liye willing.
