Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive who will visit customers’ homes to evaluate pledged gold, disburse loan amount/cash, and collect the gold for safe deposit. The ideal candidate should have experience in gold loan processing, basic gold appraisal knowledge, and strong customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations as per appointments or leads shared.

• Explain gold loan process and verify customer documents (KYC).

• Evaluate purity and weight of gold ornaments using standard tools.

• Disburse cash/loan amount to the customer based on gold valuation.

• Collect gold securely and transport it to the company branch/vault.

• Maintain proper documentation and daily reports of transactions.

• Ensure customer trust and maintain a high level of service.

• Cross-sell gold schemes or other products if required.
  Required Skills & Experience:

  Experience: 1 to 4 years in gold loan / pawn broking industry.

  Industry Background: Best Money Gold, Attica Gold, Muthoot, Manappuram, BGM Gold, etc.

  Preferred: Experience as a field executive or gold appraiser.

  Should know basic gold valuation techniques and weighing process.

  Strong knowledge of customer KYC, lending process, and security norms.

  Regional language fluency + basic Tamil.
