About the Role:

We are hiring a Field Operations Executive for one of our leading clients in the Solar Energy & Power Solutions industry. The role involves field coordination with DISCOMs, PSU banks, customers and internal teams for smooth execution of rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DISCOM officials for load increase, new meter, name correction, meter issues and net-metering applications.

• Visit DISCOM offices and follow up on applications, approvals and pending cases.

• Coordinate with PSU banks for rooftop solar loans from documentation to sanction and disbursement.

• Manage customer KYC, documentation, vendor verification, quotations and invoices.

• Coordinate with customers, bank officials, sales and internal operations teams.

• Track application and loan status and maintain MIS/trackers.

• Resolve documentation/process issues and escalate critical delays when required.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Field Operations, Solar, DISCOM Coordination, Banking/Loan Processing or Customer Coordination preferred.

• Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and on-ground coordination.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/MIS and documentation.
