š§ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ā ā Install, configure, and test equipment and systems at customer locations
ā¢ā ā Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on-site
ā¢ā ā Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
ā¢ā ā Provide technical support and training to clients
ā¢ā ā Document service activities and prepare detailed reports
ā¢ā ā Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
ā¢ā ā Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
ā¢ā ā Manage tools, parts, and inventory required for field operations
š Qualifications
ā¢ā ā High school diploma or equivalent (Associateās or technical degree preferred)
ā¢ā ā Proven experience in a technical or field service role
ā¢ā ā Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair techniques
ā¢ā ā Valid driverās license and willingness to travel
ā¢ā ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ā ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
