🧾 Job Title: Return Device Pickup Executive
🔧 Job Purpose:
To facilitate seamless customer experience by collecting returned devices from customers as part of BigFix’s aftersales service for OEM partners.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule device pickup appointments with customers
Travel to customer locations promptly and courteously
Verify return requests and collect devices securely
Ensure safe transport of collected devices to designated service hubs
Maintain real-time updates via mobile app (Warrantify/partner interface)
✅ Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
Good understanding of local routes and navigation
Basic smartphone literacy for status updates
Punctual, polite, and customer-service oriented
Prior delivery/logistics experience preferred (but not mandatory)
