🧾 Job Title: Return Device Pickup Executive

🔧 Job Purpose:

To facilitate seamless customer experience by collecting returned devices from customers as part of BigFix’s aftersales service for OEM partners.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule device pickup appointments with customers

• Travel to customer locations promptly and courteously

• Verify return requests and collect devices securely

• Ensure safe transport of collected devices to designated service hubs

• Maintain real-time updates via mobile app (Warrantify/partner interface)

✅ Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license

• Good understanding of local routes and navigation

• Basic smartphone literacy for status updates

• Punctual, polite, and customer-service oriented

• Prior delivery/logistics experience preferred (but not mandatory)

• It is a Part Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
