Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to verify candidate addresses (residential & office)
Perform employment verification by visiting companies or contacting HR
Verify educational qualifications and documents
Collect and check identity proofs (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)
Interact with neighbors, references, and employers for validation
Capture photographs and geo-location evidence during visits
Update verification reports accurately in the system
Ensure all cases are completed within TAT (Turnaround Time)
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during verification
