Akshar Árbol International School (AAIS) is looking for a proactive and reliable Field Executive – Operations to support smooth day-to-day campus operations across locations. This role involves on-ground coordination, facilities upkeep, vendor follow-ups, regulatory documentation support, and emergency response, ensuring that campuses function safely, efficiently, and in line with school SOPs.
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in operations, facilities, or field coordination roles.
Campus Operations & Maintenance
Support daily operations across campuses as per the operations calendar
Coordinate and implement maintenance and works schedules in consultation with the Operations Manager and campus teams
Oversee routine upkeep of buildings, classrooms, sports grounds, and common areas
Conduct regular campus walk-throughs to identify repairs and follow up on closures
Repairs, Facilities & Assets
Attend to and coordinate minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, IT)
Maintain repair and maintenance registers and AMC records
Monitor usage and condition of tools, equipment, and infrastructure
Support asset tagging, asset registers, and periodic asset audits
Vendor & Process Support
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers; track work progress and timelines
Support purchase processes, record maintenance, and SOP compliance
Assist with logistics and operational arrangements for school events and field trips
Compliance, Safety & Documentation
Support renewal tracking of statutory licenses, insurances, and regulatory documents
Maintain accurate records and updates in shared drives and systems
Monitor surveillance systems and report safety or security concerns promptly
Emergency Response & Reporting
Be available for emergency response related to infrastructure, safety, or medical situations
Provide timely updates to reporting managers during incidents
Prepare and submit periodic MIS and operational reports
Hands-on knowledge of facilities and on-ground operations
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
Basic understanding of compliance, documentation, and SOP-driven processes
Good communication and follow-up skills
Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and reliability
Graduate in any discipline (ITI/Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in field operations, facilities, or administrative support roles
Experience in schools, institutions, or multi-site environments is an advantage
