Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Conduct field visits for payment collections

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and follow-ups

• Provide relevant information to customers to resolve issues

• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and close complex cases

• Meet performance targets such as collection efficiency, customer satisfaction, and timely case resolution

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: As per company standards

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Willing to work 6 days a week

• Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Good communication skills in Kannada, Tamil, English, Telugu, and Hindi

• Young, dynamic, and positive attitude

• Willingness to work in field collection activities

• Two-wheeler preferred (petrol expenses will be provided)
