Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and responsible candidates for the position of Debt Recovery Agent / Field Collection Executive for our Loan Recovery & Collection Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers at their assigned locations for payment follow-up.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMI/loan payments.
Explain outstanding dues and available payment options.
Collect payments as per company process and guidelines.
Maintain daily visit and collection reports.
Update customer payment and follow-up status regularly.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding customer cases and recovery status.
