Responsibilities:

Visit clients/customers to collect pending payments as per assigned portfolio.
Maintain accurate records of collections and update daily reports.
Handle customer queries and provide necessary support during field visits.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Prior experience in collections, recovery, or fieldwork preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.
