Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th grade (SSLC) to any degree.

• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Visits: Visit assigned locations and collect payments on outstanding invoices from customers.

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers directly to discuss overdue payments, provide necessary details, and ensure timely collections.

• Issue Resolution: Address any customer queries related to payments, offer solutions, and resolve complaints effectively during field visits.

• Payment Documentation: Maintain accurate records of payments received, receipts issued, and any relevant customer communication.

• Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues or non-payment cases to senior management or the collections department for further action.

• Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on collection status, pending payments, and issues encountered during field visits.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collections while ensuring professionalism.

• Flexibility to travel to different locations and manage multiple customer visits.

• A valid driver’s license may be required, depending on the role and location.

• Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, and occasional evening or weekend work may be needed depending on customer availability.
