• Placement: Rural and Semi-Urban Gram Shakti Branches of SMFG in and around-Hubli, Kittur, Gadag, Haveri, Ramadurga, Harihara, Navalgunda, Shiggaon, Munavalli, Harapanahalli, Belgaum Locations..

The Yuva Kaushal Program is a fully residential, employment-linked skilling initiative designed to equip motivated youth with the necessary skills for immediate absorption into industry-ready roles.

Upon successful completion of the comprehensive training and selection process, candidates will be placed in critical Field Officer or Branch Executive roles, certified candidates being placed directly into SMFG’s Gram Shakti Branches.

Key Responsibilities (Post-Training Role)

As a Field Officer/Branch Executive in the Gram Shakti Branch, your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in rural and semi-urban areas.

• Service Delivery: Assisting clients with various BFSI products and services (e.g., loan applications, savings, insurance).

• Branch Operations: Supporting daily branch activities and adhering to operational guidelines.

• Outreach & Mobilization: Conducting fieldwork and travel to designated areas to ensure service delivery and growth (requires a two-wheeler).

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

We are seeking committed, mobile, and career-focused individuals who meet the following criteria:

Category Requirement

Education Graduate or Post-Graduate qualification in any stream.

Age Between 21 years and 27 years as of the date of application

Experience Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.

Mobility Mandatory requirement for a personal two-wheeler with a valid license, or the ability to acquire one upon course completion for field duties.

Commitment Must be willing to travel and stay at the designated hostel facility for the duration of the residential training program.
