Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Location: Bangalore

Work Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)

CTC: ₹23,000/month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,065

Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000/month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: SSLC, PUC, or any graduate (all are eligible)

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

• Languages: Proficiency in Kannada and basic English

• Mandatory: Candidate must have a bike with a valid driving license

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for payment collections

• Ensure timely recovery of dues

• Maintain daily visit logs and collection status

• Coordinate with the team for follow-ups and updates

• Maintain professionalism during customer interactions
