*Job Summary:*
We are looking for an experienced Collection Executive to handle overdue accounts in the Payday Loan portfolio. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Bucket X collections, DPD-based calling and must be DRA Certified.
*Mandatory Requirements:*
- *DRA Certified* - Certificate from IIBF is mandatory
- *Experience in Bucket X Collections* is mandatory (at least 1+ year in X bucket)
- Proven experience in *DPD Calling / DPD Collections*
*Desired Skills:*
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Fluent in Hindi + English + Regional Language
- Ability to handle high-pressure collection targets
- Basic knowledge of RBI collection guidelines
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
*Qualification & Experience:*
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 4 Years in Collections (Min 1 year in Bucket X)
- Age: 21 to 35 Years
