Key Responsibilities:
Field Visits & Collection: Visit customer locations (home/office) to collect overdue payments for personal, vehicle, or business loans.
Negotiation & Counseling: Negotiate with customers to settle outstanding dues, secure Promises-to-Pay (PTP), and explain the consequences of non-payment.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily, accurate records of collections, field interactions, and PTPs in the CRM system.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to RBI guidelines and company policies, ensuring respectful communication without using coercive practices.
Customer Support: Handle queries regarding loan accounts, EMI dates, and payment methods.
